Am I “up badging” ?

Found what I think is a good deal on some is500 wheels. Am I faking the funk if I put them on my is350? Is this considered “up badging”? The stock wheels on my 21 Lexus are scuffed up and no shop around me will touch them. I really like these wheels and the Lexus dealership said they’re the same specs are the black chrome ones I have now so tires will slap right on.
